Overview
We are a research group based at the University of Guelph focused on community-based socio-ecological research in resource-based, rural, and remote communities. Our aim is to facilitate and co-design tools to achieve culturally appropriate and effective environmental decision-making with our clients and partners.
Resilience & Environmental Stewardship Network
Our research partners are mostly in Canada with the majority of our projects occurring in First Nation and Inuit communities from Alberta to Nunavut to Ontario. We also have close partners situated in the Philippines.
